Preparation
TOMATOE POWDER
First of all we have to wash the tomatoes, then we will remove the stem part.
Once they are clean, we will cut them in cubes (no matter the size) and we will blend them with a hand blender or similar until we obtain a puree.
Place the puree in a tray with a silicon mat so that it does not stick to the tray.
We will put it in the oven (or dehydrator) to dry at 64 degrees centigrade for 12 hours.
When we have the tomato puree dried we will grind it in the blender until we obtain a fine powder (pass it through a sieve if necessary).
Reserve in a dry place for later use.
